Pair Files Damage Suit In Crash. William K Singer and the Lafferty Trucking Co both of Altoona filed suit in Dauphin County Court for 34749 against Lester H War fel and Emil Werfell of Wustryville for damages from a two truck collision on February 18 1969. Singer sought 30000 for injuries and the Lafferty firm 4749 for damages to its tractor trailer and car.
