A Pennsylvan ia Came News article compiles long running banding records from 1921 to 1934, detailing robins, thrushes, swallows and other species returned to banding sites. Notable recoveries include sparrows found across New Hampshire and Georgia, and multiple birds returning to the same nests over years. The piece notes 875 of 10 258 banded birds have returned to their capture site, with several individuals returning for four to six consecutive winters.
