Two men charged with vagrancy jailed in Mayville
In Jamestown City Court Carl Anderson 34 with no address received 30 days and Sven Johnson 59 of Westfield got 20 days for vagrancy. Both were arrested in Brooklyn Square as police said they slept on the bank of the Chadalen River. Johnson initially pleaded innocent, then pleaded guilty after a $50 bond was posted.
