The Stoogewell Paper Co. destroyed by a million dollar blaze June 24 in Philadelphia is reopened across the street from the unscathed location. Owner Kosloff and president Ivy Rowloff say operations are normal with new machinery on order and 60 production schedules met. the firm plans rebuilding in four to five months.
