Stolen Tractor Truck Found After Wreck In Erie

An attempt to steal a semi tractor from Associated Transport Two at 1502 Sessatras Street failed at 2:30 a.m. Tuesday when the vehicle crashed into a parked car on Cochran Street. The thief fled, abandoning the tractor after being pursued by an employee. Ralph Donaldson, a dispatcher, reported the incident to officials. Water experts note the annual return flow to the sea could flood about one and a half billion acres one foot deep, an area nearly half the continental United States.
