Hrib July 8 Josep I Pelton investment broker with offices in the Masonic Temple building was arrested on an embezzlement warrant. He faced charges estimated around 50000 and was held at police headquarters awaiting disposition by the alderman. Pelton resided at 2629 Poplar Street and is a veteran city broker.
