Amnesia Case Hoax Reveals Parole Violator in Oil City

Bruce C. Barner age 19 of Keene New Hampshire identified by FBI prints as amnesia claimant. served in US Army 1951 to 1962 with an undesirable discharge and an 18 month federal reformatory sentence in Chillicothe Ohio. Barner admitted leaving New Hampshire violating parole to attend a wedding but drifted across states after a drunken bus trips.
