A milk price will be set by the board and undercutting by even a penny risks license revocation with postrevocation reapplication and fees based on daily milk intake. Six thousand license applications were sent to dealers and all buyers handlers and processors must file by the deadline.

Dr. G J Buyinger of Wilkinsburg Pa clamped a censorship at his home and, aided by local police and federal agents, refused to discuss reports that he received two notes demanding 5000 dollars and threatening his children. One note referenced the Lindbergh kidnapping. no location to pay was stated. Federal authorities arrived after one note was mailed special delivery and the other slipped under the door.
The Junior Woman's Club held a social dinner at Lincoln House on Mott Street for twelve members. A report on the cinema impression of Little Women and a biographical sketch of Biya La Gillienne were presented by Miss Frances Dean Garis, followed by a pleasant social hour.
