The longtime chief remains, and operations will continue locally with planned upgrades including a new cable. Separately, Henry J Hinminl of Clymer, 59, suffered a severe skull fracture and facial injuries when a milk wagon was struck by a Pennsylvania Railroad train near Clymer. prognosis serious but hopeful.
