Harrisburg Jan 30 The public service Commission adopts the Interstate Commerce Commission plan for approving round trip excursion rates within the state. Rates may not change without 30 days notice but three day designations may be posted for excursions. Fares for extensions beyond three days up to twenty days may be set with three days public notice.
