City adopts revolving fund using 180000 loan for paving sewer and curbing

City Council approves creating a revolving fund with the 180000 borrowed last year for paving sewers and curbing. Finance Director Guy Abbey says assessable returns will flow into the fund to cover debt service and future projects, with more jobs funded as assessments come in. The city borrowed 110000 from Citizens Carry Office and 70000 from National Bank of Corty, to be repaid this year on an 11 to 7 ratio, and 1995 will see 42000 due in interest and principal on the five year loan. The revolving fund will restrict use to assessable items such as sewer lines paving sidewalks and curbing.
