Harbor Creek Girl Arrested At Ashtabula
Thelma Carnes, 14 or 15, of Harborcreek, was arrested in Ashtabula with 18 year old Walter Dunn after she ran away Friday morning. They said they were enticed to elope and forced to work at a restaurant to earn money. The pair admitted leaving Harborcreek on the 11:20 train Friday morning and returning home with no funds.
