At the Lawrence Park state motor patrol barracks 19 hearings were held after revocation actions for exceeding the 50 mile speed limit. Defendants came from New York Ohio Illinois Wisconsin Michigan and three were local residents. One violator traveled from Chicago for his hearing. Speeds ranged from 58 to 80 mph with many arrests near West Springfield. Findings will go to the revocation board with potential nine day suspensions and reciprocity actions in other states.
