County Court to Hear 54 Criminal Cases in Erie
The grand jury will review 54 cases starting at 10 a m next Monday. Among charges are the electrocution death of Patrick Cipriano linked to William H Reitzel 47 an electrician and an involuntary manslaughter case against Erie bus driver Raymond O Conner in two deaths Mrs Marie Lindsay 45 and Mrs Margaret McCarthy 1938. Also to be presented is W A Castrilla a pre fabricated housing salesman charged with taking down payments and not delivering homes and related fraud counts.
