Youngsville Officials Approve Local Bypass Plans
At a council meeting in Youngsville officials signed the bypass plans for the borough section. Mayor Ernest McGraw and council president Frank Hendrickson plus secretary Miss Margaret Brazee endorsed an agreement with the State Highway Department detailing a collector street south of the tracks and an interchange near Wilder Park. The project runs west of Thatcher lane, crosses Route 6, and angles across Brokenstraw Creek near the first overpass.
