Teresa Amoroso Imas Dies In Corry Morning
Teresa Amoroso Imas died early this morning at her home 216 Sherman Street after eight months of illness. Born September 14 1895 in Furnari Italy she came to the United States December 21 1920 and lived in Columbus six years before moving to Corry. Survived by husband John Amoroso seven sons Philip Theodore Joseph Anthony Albert Ralph Amoroso a grandson Theodore Amoroso Jr and a granddaughter Teresa Amoroso all of Corry with four sisters in Italy. Requiem Mass to be sung Monday at St Thomas Church barring any change.

Family Of Five Die In Woodstock Fire
A home near Woodstock Illinois burned early today killing five members of the Schmitz family. Ralph Schmitz 49 his wife Inez 48 and their three children James 7 Laverne 5 and John 2 were believed asleep in bunk beds when the stove exploded starting the blaze. Schmitz worked as a guard at a chemical plant in Ringwood Illinois near the town of 7000 residents about 70 miles from Chicago. Rita Hayworth left the Monte Hall clinic in Lausanne Switzerland today with Princess Yaswin born December 28 remaining at the clinic for now.
