Child Struck by Automobile in Narrow Escape
Seven year old Louise Long escaped serious harm when she darted into the street and was hit by a Ford delivery truck driven by F B Reed near Mast Main street. Reed swerved to avoid the child, saving her from major injuries as doctors treated her and witnesses found no blame on the driver.
