A four place Aero Commander crashed on Moshannon Mountain during approach to Black Moshannon Airport. Pilot Calvin Strouse survived after crawling from wreckage. Dead are Mrs Fula Strouse, Robert Hibard, and John Saalfield. Plane owned by Pure Carbon Co Inc St Marys with Strouse address tied to Lafayette Hill. Weather forced diversions as plane went off course on visual approach. State police and Philipsburg firemen responded. investigation by CAA pending.
