Kroger to Acquire Butler Stores in Several Communities
Kroger company announced immediate possession and operation of former P. H. Butler company stores at Republic Zelienople California Evans City Springdale and Parmassus joining other Butler locations within Pittsburgh city limits. W J Hurford Kroger Pittsburgh branch manager said stores will run with present staff and no interruptions. Local police report orders to arrest speeders issued by Commissioner P W Foote.
