Rosey was arraigned on reckless endangering and jailed in Crawford County with 7300 bail.

Harrisburg AP The state Health Department suspended all admissions to Kane Hospital and Nursing Home in Allegheny County indefinitely due to a serious staff shortage and other problems. Health Secretary Leonard Bachman said the action will cause hardship for elderly patients needing care and was announced at a morning news conference in Pittsburgh and released from Harrisburg.
Joseph Hutchinson, 26, of R D 3 Corry, arraigned today on a charge of possession of marijuana with intent to deliver after a December 10 incident. Police found a roach and odor of marijuana, then three ten dollar bags in his apartment. lab results enabled further action.
