Mr Babbitt assumed charge of the Corey west office this morning succeeding Lary A Colegrove. Dr Matbitt’s official service dates from December 18, and the office has been in charge of Assistant Postmaster Sumner Bentley. The Down couple won $11,600 in a suit against the Directors General of Railroads over injuries from an IPRR crash at Petroleum Center on July 29, 1918. Mr Down claimed services for his wife and both were awarded damages in Mondvills. Mrs Down received 3,500. Mr Down 2,000. other damages cited.
