Week of Prayer Services Closes in Union City
Friday evening marked the close of the week of prayer observance in Union City. Rev Walter J Earn of Linton City addressed the union service at St Pauls. Rev Roger Creasey of Union City spoke at the M E Church on Hin powered Lives. Corry and Union City pastors exchanged pulpits during the week. The observance drew largely attended meetings and inspired attendees. The body of Bronislaw Ignasiak was found hanging in a maple sugar shack near Erie after being missing since Oct 17. The finding followed ongoing prohibition age enforcement raids in Erie as Dig Chief Youngs group added two more, total ten for the year. The Goodfellows club and the home of George Barnack were raided at Erie.
