Doctor Given Six Months for Narcotics Violation
Pittsburgh Jan 10 Dr Isowin 5 Cooper of New Castle was found guilty in federal court of violating the Harrigan narcotic law and sentenced to serve six months in Lawrence County jail by Judge P P Schoonmaker. Attaches at the US marshal's office said no new trial effort was made and he would be remanded today. Dr Cooper, with Harry Link of Pittsburgh as attorney, heard the sentence pronounced shortly after noon.
