Oil City youths arrested for beating and robbing a railroad worker

Miners in Pittsburgh Coal Company Get Wage Cut
Pittsburgh January 10 The Pittsburgh Coal Company announced wage reductions for miners. New rates range from 59 to 8714 cents per hour for eight hour window grower and 61 to 68 cents per hour for outside work. Several lines of work were excluded and several were cut by four to eight cents per hour, amounting to about 40 to 60 cents per day.
