Announcement of the wedding of Miss Shreckengost daughter of Rev. and Mrs. Milford Shreckengost of South Center Street to Ernest DeVal Elkins II of Norfolk Virginia. The ceremony occurred December 17 at St Thomas Church Richmond. The bride wore ivory velvet and satin gown with a detachable circular satin train. They will reside in Richmond.
Miss Jackson and Robert Jones announce the engagement of Luetta Ann Jackson to Robert M Jones. Luetta Ann Jackson, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Jackson of Wattsburg, is a Corry High School graduate and church secretary. Robert M Jones, son of Mr. and Mrs. Stanley J Davis of Detroit, is a Wattsburg High School graduate who runs a dairy farm. No wedding date yet set.

The February meeting will be at the home of Mrs. Merle McIntyre with helpers Mrs. Ronald Scalise and Mrs. Helen Bryden.
The Lillian Guild of Emanuel Episcopal Church met in the church undercroft for a tureen dinner and business session. Plans were made for a January 20 card party at 7 90 p.m. with dessert and coffee, $1 per person, and prizes for each table. Reservations listed with several guild members. Also noted: parish dinner at 6 30 p.m. and future tureen dinners, and a birth at Corry Memorial Hospital for Mr. and Mrs. Ray Merriman of Corry.
