ERIE The Erie Sanitary Disposal Association asks a federal study of rubbish disposal in the county. President Sam Hayes urged the Federal Solid Waste Authority in Washington to launch a complete investigation of all landfills and rubbish operations throughout Erie and Erie County. Hayes warned the association risks extinction if the city joins the county solid waste plan. He noted dual collection of garbage and trash under the county program and said the group would seek to operate Jenning's landfill after the investigation.

Members of the Rebecca Circle of St. Pauls Lutheran Church met at 1:30 yesterday at Mrs Glenn Henderson s Wayne street home with cohostess Mrs Bernard Shaw.
