Youth in Corry tied to multiple thefts captured after second story escape attempt
Former Corry youth Rowe, 26, implicated in several jewel thefts after being trapped by detectives during a failed escape from his sister Mrs S A Whight in Westminster. Police found four watches stolen from a Dunkirk jewelry store on December 12 and a pawn ticket for one watch. He surrendered after being cornered in a second floor window and restrained.
