Open Bids Tonight for New Junior High

The Board of Education will open four bids tonight in the Library building for the proposed junior high school near the Mateh school in SecondTwinl. Bids cover general construction electrical heating and ventilating with heating and ventilating bids already filed. Scout Council Named Hodges New Leader in Town

The Scouting organization in the city named Hodges as Scout Council Leader and outlined the steps to reestablish the council under national headquarters. Fire destroys Warren boiler shop worth about $50,000

A fire at the Burnhart-Daily company room in Warren last night destroyed a two story boiler shop building. The pattern shop on the upper floor burned as well. The Baribart Davis Company conducted general casting and foundry work, financed by local capital AA Albaugh served as general manager, and George S. Henry acted as treasurer.
