In Coraopolis on January 1 Joseph Urd rine 26 was killed and Gurence Cole 80 was injured when the automobile they rode in stalled on railroad tracks and was struck by a Pittsburgh and Lake Erie passenger train. Witnesses said the car stalled and both men were thrown. Cole refused hospital treatment.

Two Die In Grade Crossing Crash Near Somerset
In Somerset County two people, Mrs Mary A Kash and Wilbur Minards, were killed while a third occupant, Lee Bishop, was seriously injured when an automobile failed to stop at a grade crossing near Hay Crossing in Somerset.
