Mrs Auritlin Allen died in Gilbershie after a long illness leaving thirteen children among her descendants. Born July 20 1840 in Clymer New York she moved to Corry in 1864 and married Daniel J. Alton in 1868. A charter member of the United U.S. Church she was active in its work. The body will be brought here and the funeral set for 2 30 PM at the Unit of Brethren Church Rev N J McIntyre of Jamestown will officiate with interment in Pine Grove Cemetery.
