Oil City Youth Arrested for Burglary
Richard B. Vogan, 19, of 808 Division Street, confessed to a burglary in Oil City. Police say he entered Lucy Stanford’s home at 218 Petroleum Street around 2:25 a.m., stole two pocketbooks with $7.30, and dropped a glove outside. Cash was found in a shoe, and a wallet disappeared at Good Hope Lutheran Church. He was taken to the police headquarters and faces charges of burglary and larceny.
