New Trial Refusal for Lt Becker in Beals Case

New York news reports Justice Bartow Weeks declined to grant Lt. Becker a new trial citing that James Marshall’s Philadelphia affidavit does not invalidate his earlier testimony about Becker's talk with Jack Rowe before the Rosenthal case.
