YOUNGSVILLE The Department of Highways has evaluated possible solutions for Route 6 Bypass issues. District engineer A R Rowles told Youngsville borough manager George A Probst the results will be presented to the borough for study. Probst said the matter will be on the March borough council agenda. Rowles said criticism of slow action is understood but cautioned against quick knee-jerk changes after the January 25 railroad street intersection crash that killed two.
