Slug removed from bandit recovering in Franklin
Franklin Pa February 24 Harry (Ted) Rossey 90 captured by state police after a gun battle. He was transported to a hospital with a bullet wound near the back and ribs. Officers Hughmonld and Andrew C. Hughson filed charges related to the shooting during the incident at Shipponville and Turkey City, while Rossey remained under guard for treatment and further questioning.
