Three Arrested in Titusville Quick Change Theft
Three suspects identified by state police as Booker T. Jones 28 of Jackson Michigan Stanley Drake 23 of Youngstown Ohio andEllatee Turner 21 of Warren Ohio were arraigned on theft charges for a ten dollar quick change robbery at McBurney's Restaurant in Titusville. They were held in Venango County jail in 300 bond each after arraignment. The theft was halted by Union City police and turned over to Corry state police for charges.

Warren Slayer Surrenders to PSP in Warren Hospital Slaying
Anthony Mangini 45 of Russell surrendered at 6 10 p.m. to Pennsylvania State Police Warren barracks after a weeklong search. He is charged with fatally shooting Jason J. Jones 27 a Warren Hospital patient from Jackson Center Mercer County. Mangini a plant mechanic at the hospital was arraigned and jailed without bond. A preliminary hearing is set for Friday. Police have not disclosed a motive or weapon recovery. The eight day probe was led by Lt Klodell with DA Samuel Bonavita and coroner Dr Ronald Simonsen.
