Titusville Man Convicted of Voluntary Manslaughter
A Titusville man was found guilty of voluntary manslaughter in the shooting death of William D. Latshaw of Erie outside a Titusville tavern. Jurors deliberated from Monday afternoon, returned the verdict at 3:30 p.m. and Judge F. Joseph Thomas remanded John Vroman to Crawford County jail pending sentencing.
