Pleads Guilty to Driving Car While Drunk
Andrew Labowski, 49, of R D 2 Car 1, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. He was bound over to the next county term by Alderman C B Porter after a hearing. Labowski was arrested near the Concord school building after his car was stuck in a snow drift. Tom Walsh of Corry was fined $10 for drunk and disorderly conduct. Labowski previously faced drunken driving charges in 1933 and was fined S48 and paroled by Judge William B. Hint.
