Red figures hover over Erie MH MR budget for 1973
Erie County Mental Health and Mental Retardation program faces uncertain 1973 fiscal year with potential red ink of 167000 from MHMR funds and 15000 from the Governors Council on Drug and Alcohol Abuse. Auditors cite moonlighting and daylighting concerns, weak fiscal controls, and two reimbursements flagged as errors totaling 105,021. Deputy director Huegel disputes the timing of 108000 of the 167000, and both parties agreed to review figures for final determination. A newborn is also reported at Corry Memorial Hospital to Mr and Mrs Robert Bugbee.
