Bradford Pa February 19 two fugitives from Chemung county New York jail break were captured by Bradford police as they attempted to drive through the city. Michael Julian and Charles Chamberlain both 40s were taken after a car stop by Sergeant Jack Deib Jer and four officers. A third fugitive Walter B Elliott 28 was arrested at Portville New York earlier today. A fourth man Walter La Barr 27 had surrendered February Mth at Elsmira New York.
