Jury Recalled In Corry Case After Disagreement Report
Judge Mook dismissed the jurors following the disagreement report and ordered the case retried at the next term. The body of City Set Vincent Tomehick arrived in Corry with Sgt. Robert B. Shannon and is at Bracken-Keating Funeral Home. The funeral service is set for Saturday at St Elizabeth's Church.
