Members of the Corry Area Golden Age Club held an afternoon Valentine program at the YMCA with Rev. Eugene Donelson as chaplain and Mrs. Merrill Lillie at the piano. Mrs. Douglas Rozelle Sr. led the session and readings, with Mrs. Bush and Mrs. Johnson presenting poetry and a Gettysburg Address. Bridge Club Holds Howell Session At YMCA
Members and guests of the Tuesday Afternoon Duplicate Bridge Club met at the YMCA for a four and one half table Howell session with an average of 36. Winners included Patricia Bryan and Mrs. Richard Goss of Warren 46 percent and several couples with 43 and 38 percent. A regular game is planned for next Tuesday at the Y inviting local and area players. The Corry Chapter Order of the Eastern Star plans a giant public auction Saturday at the Columbus Community Building starting at 11 a.m. Doors open at 10 a.m. with a committee handling publicity books and a sandwich bar. Donations of sale items may be left Friday evening at the building.
