Mayville man arrested on license and vehicle charges
Richard Proctor of Mayville R D 12 Clymer was arrested Friday by sheriff deputies on driving without an operator's license and driving an unregistered vehicle. He was fined $25 on each charge at arraignment before Justice Richard Odell. Barbara Raynor of Westfield was fined $20 with suspended sentence by Peace Justice Gerald Tubbs after arraignment on an unlicensed operator charge.
