Charles E Drake Dies After Illness in Corry Area
Charles E Drake a longtime Corry resident died Wednesday afternoon just before 5 in the evening after a lengthy illness. Born December 28 1860 at Ellery Center in Chautauqua County he spent most of his life in Concord Township and Corry. He is survived by his wife Edith a son Hurley Drake a daughter William Prine of Corr y and a grandson Robert Drake. two granddaughters Mrs Ross Dorman of Kelly Lake Minn and Virginia Prine of Corry. two great grandchildren a sister Mrs Anna Sperry and many nephews. The body is at Bracken Kestner Funeral Home with services Saturday at 2 pm and burial to follow at Pine Grove Cemetery.
