Tagoff said she skidded on an icy road surface and crossed the centerline into Grieves vehicle. no injuries. Damages totaled 200 to Tagoff and 180 to Grieves. About 36 minutes later Harold W Smith of R D 2 Union City lost control on Route 19 two miles west of Mill Village and crashed into a guard rail. Smith, en route to a fire call, did not provide owner or driver details or vehicle damage amount. firemen attributed the blaze to brakes on a CMG and extinguished it in a half hour. Smith’s vehicle damage was listed at 200.
