Residents present photos over proposed Zuck Road dump reopening

Millcreek residents in County Court submitted five ERTE-Nine photographs showing possible dumping sites to support their stance against reopening the Zuck Road dump. John Jageman testified that the sites were captured Thursday and argued the city has not checked vacant city land for alternatives, while officials contended the bayfront land cannot be used due to state restrictions and other land is privately owned.
