Plans For Chautauqua In Swarthmore In 1928

P D MacKinnie advance representative of the Swarthmore Chautauqua Bureau told the local guarantors how the 1928 program may unfold. The meeting at the Municipal building drew a small crowd, delaying organization. Plans include two high displays lectures music and other acts with August first as the opening.
