Hugh McKnight filed a complaint in equity in Erie County Court against the Plumbers and Steamfitters Union Local 448 and its business agent Gordon Williams over vo tech school construction picketing. Fire investigators from state police and fire marshals are to examine a blaze that destroyed a two story home on Route 277 near Spartansburg. The Russell Young family home was unoccupied at the time, and the fire began around 11 yesterday morning. Fire officials expect the marshal to reach the scene tomorrow to determine the cause.
