McInnes Story Expands Corry Steel Family Plant
McInnes Steel Co in Corry, led by L Bruce Smith, moves to a $1 million expansion adding a 12,000 square foot machine shop to support finish machining and nuclear forgings. The project aims to add 15 to 20 new workers initially, up to 50 later, and to reduce outsourcing by supplying more in-house work for power generation equipment clients.
