Police report two local youths aged 13 and 14 were apprehended in connection with more than 20 car thefts in Titusville. One admitted involvement in 16 cases and some stolen items were recovered. They will appear before the Juvenile Commission. Raymond Smitley 46, of West Sunbury, killed in Fawn Coal Mine accident near Saxonburg when his mine car struck an obstruction.
