State police in Erie investigated the death of Sharon Weible a 28 year old state highway patrolman killed when a motorcycle collided with a car on the Cleveland Buffalo highway ten miles west of Erie The patrolman was riding without lights at the time of the crash and was killed instantly Phillip Richards a white trooper driving the other vehicle was named by the coroner as involved in the collision.
